New reinforced double kick stand gets the rear wheel off the ground
Folds out of the way just by rolling forward like a motorcycle
Look at that! Motor is mounted, exhaust put on. Only thing left is the chain which is one link too short and rubs on the fender :( ... it's always something.
Custom front motor mount with mechanical isolator.

I had to re-bend the coaster brake lever and fabricate a custom linkage so that the drive sprocket bolts would clear it.
Aluminum sheet metal stock for new custom head gasket (was missing from factory)
Here in lies the problem. The piston was impacting the cylinder head because of the missing gasket.
Wow! What a fit.
Here it is, one custom head gasket.
